Educational platforms and resources

Our educational department enjoys all the benefits of Questfield being an applicant or a member of international bodies such as the Service Learning Network, COBIS, Cambridge and in the near future BSO.
As such, our teachers have a whole range of instruments to document and plan their lessons and also access to platforms where students can practice and enhance their skills in Maths or Literacy.
Trainings and Professional Development Programmes
In our school, every teacher is on a clear flight path for professional development. This means that each teacher has specific targets and goals they are working towards in order to improve their teaching skills and effectiveness in the classroom. To support this process, the school provides a variety of trainings and professional development opportunities for teachers to attend.
These may include workshops on new teaching methods, conferences on specific subject matter, or opportunities for teachers to observe their colleagues in action. The goal of these trainings is to help teachers reach their professional development targets and become the best educators they can be for their students.

Team Celebrations

Teachers working together doesn’t mean they can’t also have fun together. Just like in a family, our school values the same principles, shares resources, and works towards common goals. This can make us vulnerable at times, but being together helps us find strength. Sharing coffee breaks, barbecues, picnics, pool parties, or end-of-year get-togethers are all part of the teacher life at Questfield.
Events
Questfield teachers are actively involved and exposed to events throughout the school year that promote a strong sense of belonging and support diversity and inclusion. By participating in these events, teachers gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our student body. This understanding is then reflected in the classroom, where they are better able to create inclusive and equitable learning environments for all students.

Questfield sources its staff through Manpower Romania. All international background checks are done by Mindit Consulting
