Collective Leadership

The School Blog and School Newspaper offer platforms for students to showcase their storytelling and writing skills, while also documenting the vibrant life at Questfield. Mentorship and Peer Leadership

One of the most impactful ways students lead is by supporting and mentoring others. Through the ‘Big Brother’ / ‘Big Sister’ Program, older students mentor younger ones, fostering a culture of empathy, responsibility, and collaboration. House Leadership Roles also allow students to lead their house teams in competitions, events, and activities, cultivating teamwork and camaraderie.
